               Plum Cream Topped Almond Cup

                                  
                                                                            Preparation time 30 minutes
                                                                                   Baking time 20 minutes
                                                                                                       3 servings

Ingredients

Tart Mixture:-

Flour                                                        200g
Astra(cooled and cut in to pieces              200g
Icing sugar                                               200g
Egg yellows                                                  2
Chopped almonds                                     50g

Plum Cream:-

Ground plums                                           50g
Astra                                                      150g
Icing sugar                                              300g
Cocoa powder                                         30g
Vanilla                                                      1tsp
Fresh milk                                              1tbsp

Golden Dressing:-

Golden syrup                                          5tbsp
Salt                                                        1/4tsp
Chopped almonds                                   3tbsp

Method

1.To make the tart base,mix flour,icing sugar and Astra.and almonds                                                              (and cold water if necessary )and mix until it isn't        sticky
2.Cover the mixture in polythene and cool in a refrigerator
   for 3 hours
3.Make small balls from the mixture,roll them and layer to
  fit small tart Moulds and cut the extra dough out
4.Bake in a pre-heated oven(200'c)for 15-20 mins until
  golden brown
5.To make the plum cream,mix ground plums,Astra,icing sugar,
  cocoa powder,vanilla and fresh milk and beat for 5 min.Insert
  the cream to a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe on to the
  baked tart cups
6.Mix golden syrup,almonds and salt separately and add 1tsp
  each on to the top of the plum cream and serve.
